I wish that i read the reviews on here before dealing with Vickie Williams. I was in a hurry to find a place for my family before I had to leave on deployment so I didn't have time to read reviews. My experience when dealing with Vickie when I was looking for a place to rent was very positive. Then when I returned from deployment, my wife had nothing but negative things to say about her but I defended Vickie because I have multiple houses and can see Vickie's side. My wife started to refuse to deal with Vickie so I started doing all the talking with her. Once that happened, I realized that Vickie is a very unprofessional property manager who is rude to her tenants. Vickie is slow to respond and a pathological liar about things that she says. When it was time to move out of the apartment, she made the whole process very stressful and unnecessary hard. I think the biggest problem that I have with dealing with Vickie is the fact that she provided altered photos of a pink stain on the carpets making the stain look bright red. I informed Vickie that there was light pink stain from my daughter dropping her drink. So, when I received an email that she sent to the owner and other people about the stain, I was very upset because it was pretty obvious that the photo's saturation level was altered changing the stain from light pink to bright red. Honestly, I wouldn't of had a problem if Vickie said that she was keeping $100.00 from my security deposit because of the stain but I find it very distasteful and unprofessional in the way that Vickie decided to handle the situation. AVOID VICKIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Submit review See all 1 reviews
