Roseyln Yun of Hawaii Rainbow Realty was hired by my landlord to draft a lease and rent their unit out. I was forced to interact with her in order to secure my residency and I found her HIGHLY unpleasant to deal with. She was present to show us the apartment, to review and sign the lease, present for the apartment walk thru (beginning and ending) and when we needed to re-sign and add a different tenant to the lease. She charged an exorbitant amount of money for her services, for which I don’t know what it was. I am now applying for a loan to purchase a house and she claims she cannot verify that I lived at that place of residency? HOW? SHE drafted the lease!!! SHE was present on my move in day and move out day. SHE was present when we resigned for 6 months. I feel she is doing this because she didn’t enjoy dealing with us as tenants. THAT’S WHAT SHE WAS HIRED FOR!!!!! I find her highly unprofessional, slow to respond, overpriced, and INCREDIBLY difficult to work with. If I were Hawaii Rainbow Realty I would not support such unprofessionalism. If you have the choice to go with a different agency I would strongly recommend it.
