Terrible and Heartless
This guy (Phil Wilson) was managing our property and he was only nice in the beginning. Once you settled in, you will experience numerous of maintenance issues. One time my door knob broke so it wouldn't open from inside or outside and you had to exit from the window. I called Phil after hours and his response was, "You're shit out of luck." The security guards worked from 10pm to 6am. You know it's bad when even the security guards say, "Phil doesn't care about anyone. He only cares about filling up the occupancy". Eventually Phil was replaced but that's another story...

Horrible!!!!
Doesn't want to deal with problems, always takes the easy way out of everything! Doesn't care about tenants. Doesn't enforce the rules to everyone, just to the select few that he dislikes. Avoid him if possible!
