Condo Rental at Coconut Plantation

Mike Starr - a guy with multiple personalities! We have been renting a condo for the month of February off of Mike for 4 of the past 6 years. This year he met us when we arrived at Ko Olina and all was well. A week later he complained that we should have driven straight to the Coconut Plantation gate instead of calling him from Kapolei? We left the 2 bedroom condo in excellent condition with dishes done and just bedding/some towels to be washed by the cleaners. We were ripped off by Mike - charged us $550.00 for cleaning - according to him 2 people had to work 11 hours to clean! You believe that?? Total rip-off by Mike when the writer spoke to him of it being impossible to spend that amount of time cleaning - he also stated that they had to do 8 loads of wash!! So we have severed ties with his firm and will no longer deal through him.
