Sandra McCloskey has proven to be very unprofessional. She promised a refund for a medical emergency cancellation but months have passed and she has not followed thru.. She has ignored letters, emails and the rental company she advertises with.

I am surprised by her lack of honesty and feel she should make arrangements to refund money and follow her WORD.
